Step 1 - Leader Engagement

Step 4. Identify, Validate, and Prioritize Use Cases

Using our AI Decision Framework and your strategic intent, we collaboratively create and then prioritize potential AI use cases. Each use case is evaluated based on value potential, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness. This ensures investments are intentional, not opportunistic.

Step 5. Align, Decide, and Commit

Insights and recommendations are synthesized into an executive-level narrative that enables decision-making. Leaders gain clarity on where to invest, what to sequence, and how initiatives fit together across the enterprise. Then a final use case list and core projects including AI Governance and Workforce evolution is turned into project overviews and then delivered in a value-based roadmap with quick wins that tell a story of how AI progresses over the next year.
